Stations:
Swim - Participants will pass 1 aid station between the swim exit and the transition area.
Bike - International participants will not have an aid
station on the bike.
Half Iron participants will hit the aid station at the Fruit & Spice
Park at 13 miles, 28 miles, and 43 miles.

frozen sports drink (every 3rd station)
You need to drink lots of fluids AND EAT! You must eat to keep from becoming sodium deficient. We also highly recommend you take some Endurolytes before the race (they will be in your race packets) and periodically throughout the race. This will keep your electrolite levels in check and prevent cramping.
