Spectators:

This is a very family friendly event.  Spectators can watch the swim from a great spot along the nearly 1 mile edge of the lake.  Afterwards, they can go on over to MetroZoo ($7) to check out one of the nations best zoos while they cheer on competitors who are on the run course. Metrozoo will be providing a tram service to transport people back and forth to the zoo a couple of times throughout the day.
