• You must have completed 3 races in the Series to qualify for an award.  Check the Bonus column.  It will have a value of 300 if you completed 3 races.
• You must have placed top 5 in your category to qualify for an award.
• Shipping and handling is $9 to send you your award.
• Awards are not available for pickup anywhere (not at our office, not at future races, not at sponsor locations).  This is the ONLY option to get your award if you did not come to the series awards ceremony.
• Awards are only available until October 30th.
• Awards are shipped within 1 week after the request.  Please allow an additional week beyond that to receive your award.
• No award will be mailed and no refund given if the form is not filled out completely and correctly and within the 3 weeks following the series awards ceremony.
