  • Joseph DaGrosa, Jr.

    Chairman

    Mr. DaGrosa is a senior partner and co-founder of 1848 Capital Partners LLC (“1848”). He has co-managed the firm since its founding in 2006 and approves all the firm’s capital commitments.  Prior to 1848, Mr. DaGrosa was a co-founder and managing member of Core Value Partners LLC.  Prior to Core Value Partners LLC, Mr. DaGrosa was a partner at MapleWood Partners LP, a Miami-based private equity firm.  Previously to MapleWood Partners LP, Mr. DaGrosa was a vice president for PaineWebber, Inc. (now part of UBS) in its Special Accounts Group.   Mr. DaGrosa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting and Statistics from Syracuse University.

  • Peter R. Patraka

    CEO

    Peter R. Patraka brings over 35 years of experience in operating businesses as an owner / founder and a corporate officer, and extensive experience as a marketing leader across a range of industries. Mr. Patraka co-founded Sunbelt Diversified Enterprises, LLC in 2006. Mr. Patraka has served as Executive Vice President, Business Development since the inception of the company.  Prior to joining Sunbelt, Mr. Patraka held senior executive roles at the following firms: Classic International LLC, Founder and Managing Director.  Fleer Collectibles, LLC, Vice President and General Manager.  

    Mr. Patraka earned a B.S. from Long Island University. 

  • Brian Huether

    Executive Vice President, USAT Certified Race Director
    Brian Huether serves as Executive Vice President of MultiRace LLC.  Brian has over 20 years of experience in the event production industry, both in the non-profit and private sector.  He is a USAT Certified Race Director, with hundreds of successful events on his resume.  Brian attended Barry University where he received his degree in Sport Management and Business.
  • Cristian P. Anderson

    Vice President, USAT Level II Certified Race Director

    As Vice President of MultiRace, LLC and a USAT Certified Race Director, he is involved in managing key departments such as research development, national/global event directing and business planning. Prior to joining the sport production industry his education had taken him to the financial industry where he served as Banking Center Manager for Bank of America.

  • Wilma “Willie” Savoie

    Vice President
    “Willie” Savoie, Vice President, will begin her 7th triathlon season with MultiRace. She serves as event coordinator, event manager, registration and customer service expert. As a previous business owner in the service industry, with a background in sales and accounting, she helps insure our athletes with the "total" race experience they have come to expect from MultiRace.
  • Aleck DaGrosa

    Vice President, Operations

    Aleck DaGrosa is the Vice President of Operations for MultiRace, LLC.  His responsibilities are held throughout the entire event production process and include handling permitting, overseeing customer service and pre/post-race logistics. 

    He attended Texas Christian University (TCU) and received a BS in Entrepreneurial Management.  Aleck is going into his fourth season with MultiRace.


  • Andre Quirino

    Marketing & Sponsorship Director, USAT Certified Race Director

    Andre is Multirace's Marketing & Sponsorship Director and a USA Certified Race Director. 

    He has worked in the South Florida cycling community for over 20 years including holding positions in several leading local retail stores like Bike Tech, Mack Cycle & Fitness and Pro Cycling. Andre is also a BikeFit Certified Fitter.  He swam competitively and, later in life, he made road cycling his main sport and his passion. Andre is an avid cyclist, and has also competed in several triathlons from Sprint to full Ironman races.

    Andre speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish.



  • Omar

    Scoring and Timing Specialist
    Omar attended FIU University and is the Director of Timing & Scoring. His primary duties are to ensure accurate scoring of all athletes.  He also provides additional graphic designs as well as support the entire event production process.
  • Bryer Tindell

    Athlete Service, Marketing, Permitting & Sanctioning Assistant
    Attended University of Florida and now works with athletes and clubs to provide them a positive race experience.  She also assists the marketing and sponsors department.  As an active triathlete, USAT Triathlon Coach, Educator for International Sports Conditioning Association Group, and Personal Trainer, her background brings experience as an entrepreneur in the fitness & performance industry.
