Refund and Transfer Policy:

There are no refunds for any reason. 

There are no person-to-person transfers. 

You can transfer your entry to next year for $35 if the transfer is made before the race sells out.  Once the race has sold out the transfer fee goes up to $75 for the 1/2 Iron and $45 for the International.  From October 1st to October 31st, the transfer fees are $100 for the 1/2 Iron and $55 for the International.  There are no transfers after October 31st for any reason (even with a doctor's note).  ALL TRANSFERS MUST BE COMPLETED USING THE ONLINE TRANSFER SYSTEM.  Emailing us, even before the deadline, will not transfer you or get the deadlines extended.

1/2 Iron participants may downgrade to the International Distance at no charge, but there is no refund or credit either.  Click here to email the request to downgrade.  Please call us if you do not get a confirmation or show on the International Participant List within 7 days of this request.

International participants may upgrade to the 1/2 Iron Distance for $130.  Click here to upgrade your entry.
