MULTIRACE 101
Purpose:
The Triathlon 101 clinic was created to help triathletes and
duathletes learn the things they need to know to successfully and safely
complete a triathlon or duathlon. The course is a requirement for any
first time triathlete wishing to receive a finisher's medal at a Multirace.com
event, but is open to anyone with questions or just looking to expand their
knowledge on multisport. It is also recommended to anyone that is new to
each particular venue as the Saturday courses will include a course
overview. Show up about 20 minutes late if you only want the course tour
and transition practice.
Instructor:
Your instructor for this course is a BodyZen Coach. Most courses will be
led by BodyZen owner Lee Zohlman, himself, but some will be led by some of his
other top coaches. Either way, you'll have an experienced triathlete that
can answer anything you want to know.
When & Where:
There will be 1 course before each race. The course will occur on
Saturday before each race (except July 4th) at noon at each respective race
venue. This course will have plenty of time for questions and will
allow participants to pre-ride the course (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and practice
their transitions. If you cannot make the course before your race, please
try to attend the course before a different race.
Finisher Medals:
Anyone that completes the Multirace 101 clinic will get a medal that will
signify that they completed the course.
Frequently Asked Questions:
We recommend that participants read through our FAQ
