Triathlon Race Day Schedule (Broward Events)*:

5:30 - 6:30 a.m. - Packet Pickup & Race Day Registration.  Arriving after 6:30 a.m. may cause you to miss the race.  Save money by pre-registering!
6:00 - 10:00 a.m. - Vendor Expo
7:00 a.m. - Triathlon Starts
9:30 a.m. - Awards Ceremony and Social Gathering - Hang out and meet new friends and training partners!

*Miami and Palm Beach events start 30 minutes later for everything.  For Tri-Miami and Miami Man, please see the schedule on the event page for those events.

Wave Schedules*:

* Waves schedules are subject to change based on participation levels and are different for Miami Man, please see the event pages for those events to get wave schedules.  For the XTERRA and Sprint Off-Road Triathlons on 3/30 the swim is a mass start (no waves).

Packet Pickup:

Due to the size of the triathlon events, it is highly recommended that you pick up your race packets on Saturday at that race's early packet pickup location.

Packet pickup will be available for all races on Saturday before each event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  See the event page for the packet pickup site for that event.  You will receive your race number, packet, and t-shirt and will avoid long lines on race morning.  You will still be required to pick up your timing chip on race morning.  Shirts and goodie bags not guaranteed on race day.

USA Triathlon Registration and Packet Pick-up

The following is a list of all the procedures that must be followed. USA Triathlon has the best liability and sport accident insurance to offer to athletes. It is important that we follow this rules to ensure that each athlete is protected. Please be aware there are no exceptions to this!!

• All athletes must pick up their own packet prior to racing.
• Packets may not be mailed to athletes prior to the race.
• Every athlete must have a photo ID and a current USAT annual membership card or proof of a one-day license before they can be given their packet.
• Every athlete that competes in our events, including relay members are required to pay the $10 one-day fee if they are not a current annual member.
• There will no longer be annual and duplicate membership applications provided at races.
